How can I track my delivery?

As soon as we process your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking code

I didn't get a tracking code, why?

Please check whether you entered the correct e-mail address when placing your order. If so, please take a look in your spam folder. If that is also unsuccessful, contact our support. We will be happy to send you your tracking code!

Why didn't I get an invoice?

Our invoices are automatically sent to you by email. Every day at 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you have problems finding your invoice, contact our support and we will be happy to send you your invoice again.

My package did not arrive within the specified delivery time, why?
We try to hand over all orders to our shipping partner as quickly as possible, but once your package has been handed over we have no influence on the delivery time and time of your delivery.

My tracking code doesn't work, why?

In some countries, our shipping partner hands over your package to a partner service that works with a different tracking number. In this case please let us know. We are happy to help you track your package.

Can I visit you personally to pick up products?
Pitt Noir is purely an online shop - therefore there is currently no possibility of collection.

When is the next delivery of product XY?
Basically, we always try to have as many of our products in stock as possible. But since many are imported, it unfortunately takes up to 4 weeks in some cases.
